The WSJ Reader allows access to all the WSJ's articles, using a simple tabbed interface. You can also get alerts on pre-selected topics, manage your stock portfolio and easily subscribe to content. The Reader provides a brief of an article prior downloading the full story.
One of the nice features of the Reader is its ability to cache content to your device, allowing access in coverage-limited areas (think airplane).
While the Reader does have an ad banner in it, and while I'm not sure when (it's not really a matter of 'if' - the site actually says "Full access to subscriber content for a limited time only") WSJ will start charging for content access, I'm going to use it for as long as I can get it for free.
Download the WSJ Reader here - but pay attention: you need to have an unlimited access plan to really enjoy it for free!
