Where is the Counter?

If you've looked at the top of the page for the last couple of days, you might have seen the SiteMeter icon, instead of the usual visits counter.
I finally got an explanation from the SiteMeter support team today:
Hello Guy,

Thank you for writing. For the next 30 - 45 days we will be testing our servers and databases in preparation for the launch of our new SiteMeter platform. If you are currently using our NoScript tag (plain HTML) the little SiteMeter icon that appears on the pages where you have pasted our tag may change.

Please rest assured that nothing is wrong with your account. You can still log in and view your stats and all your traffic will continue to be tracked and stored. This is a temporary problem associated with the image only and will be resolved once we move the new platform.

Thanks for your patience during this process and we look forward to seeing you on the NEW SiteMeter very very soon.

Sincerely,

Andy
SiteMeter Support
So there you have it, no counter for the next month or so, but your visits still count and the accurate number will show up ultimately.
